Things to know

1. •There is a $10 per person refundable deposit due upon arrival that must be paid in cash. Your deposit will be refunded if you clean up after yourself, checkout on time, and complete a chore each day.
   

2. •Check-in time is between 2pm and 11:30pm and checkouts must take place between 9am and 11am. Please make your travel plans accordingly. If you arrive before the check-in times then feel free to leave your bags here until the 2pm check in time.
   

3. •Because transportation in Memphis is limited without a car, we now provide rental bikes to our guests.  The bicycles will allow you to get to see the places you want to see without relying on an unreliable bus system or expensive taxis.  For common destinations and bike friendly routes to those destinations, check out our bike map web page at Wayfaring.com.
   

4. •The Hostel is for travelers in groups of less than ten. If your group has ten or more people please have a look at the Pilgrim House Retreat Center.
   

When you are ready to reserve

If you would like to make a reservation with us please send the following information: name, phone, email, the names of everyone in your party, what day you plan on arriving as well as an estimated time of arrival, how many total nights you would like to reserve, and whether you would prefer a coed or single sex shared room or a private room. We appreciate you sending us all these details–it will help us complete your reservation as quickly as possible.

Once we get your email, we can confirm your reservation and send you everything you need to stay with us at the Pilgrim House Hostel.

Room Options

At our hostel we have shared dormitories and private rooms. For the shared dormitories we ask for a contribution of $15 per person per night. We have coed, male only, and female only shared dormitories. For the private rooms we ask for $30 for one person, $45 for two, and $60 for three.
